Friendly, but not very helpful. Tried getting some quotes on vacations and the agent kept sending me only half the information, no flights included in anything. Very frustrating. I ended up calling
directly and got everything I needed in just a few minutes and in some cases at half the rate these guys were quoting. I think this is more for the business or corporate group traveler. The difference between someone who took the time to understand my group’s travel needs and someone who didn’t was eye opening.
