I wanted to add an update to my earlier review. After I posted the review, a manager, Garrett, reached out to me to apologize for the way I was treated. Garrett was incredibly nice, professional, kind, and apologetic. He completely turned my opinion around on the experience I had earlier. If the company is in hands of people like Garrett, then I can trust they are going to care for their customers well. Thank you, Garrett! They have the worst customer service ever. After receiving a bill in the mail, I had to call 3 times to finallt get someone on the phone to ask questions about the bill. I was told someone would be in touch in June to schedule the pest controller to come out to our house. We did not hear anything all of June and decided to call in July. I called 4 times this time. I left messages which were not returned. When I finally got someone on the phone, I was told she couldn’t help me and I had to talk to someone, but they were on the phone with another customer and she would call me back. I waited 1.5 hours and didn’t hear anything. I decided to call back. No answer. I waited 30 more minutes and called and the person that answered was rude, sarcastic, and treated me like I was an idiot. I am highly disappointed in their customer service.

Awesome. Just had our first termite treatment for a bad termite problem that the other company(lightning) failed to see or even do a proper, complete inspection. The folks from Palmetto were exceptionally detailed. They arrived on time with all the right equipment and supplies. Even though it was very very hot, they worked happily along inspecting for termite tubes and treating everything they saw. Very happy with Palmetto so far.

Palmetto Exterminators are the third company we have worked with within a year. They have been extremely nice, helpful, and professional. Theresa, the office manager, has been knowledgable and has great personal relation skills. The tech(forgetting his name right now) is professional and knowledgable. I’m so pleased with their customer service and pest control that I highly recommend them!

My house had a termite bond with this company when I bought it, so I kept it. There wasn’t a problem till we moved out of state and it became a rental. One year we received our bill at our new address, the next year we did not. When I called to figure out why we had not been billed they had an address, phone number and property manager assigned to our account that was not ours. They claimed we gave them this information and they had documentation of it. Initially they told me I would not have to pay for a new bond since their system had the wrong info, then the sent me a bill for a whole new bond. When I called they said the errors were my fault and they needed to start a whole new bond. When I printed out the contract, they had a phone number on there that was not ours again. After placing this review a manager contacted me and did work with us to fix the issue. I was told that even though I updated my address on my bill that it goes to «corporate» and occasionally does not get updated in the system. Even though they did not charge me to restart my termite bond, the technician who went out to the house called me when I left explicit instructions to deal with our property manager. I was also given a link to use an online system for future checks that did not work.

Bought a deal for Palmetto for their mosquito control. They came out and sprayed and I haven’t seen a mosquito since. Well worth the money if mosquito’s are a problem in your yard.
