Party Bus Charleston

Nick was great with responding to emails and communicating back & forth in regards to bus availability and pricing! We booked a 16 – 18 person bus last minute for transportation to and from a concert. Mad Dog was our driver… he showed up early to take us to the event and was on time for our return trip home! Overall, we had tons of fun and their party bus fit our needs for the day! My only complaint was at the end of the night. After paying $ 350 for them to pick us up & drop us off at a concert and our return trip home Mad Dog wasn’t a fan of his tip. He actually told me he usually gets $ 50 which was just rude. I paid for transportation which was only about a 20 min ride to & from the event and did leave a tip. Dud to the awkwardness at the end and Mad Dog claiming he usually gets $ 50 I’ll call another co pang next time.

We used this group for a 15-​person bachelor party this past weekend. I’m surprised by these bad reviews. Our experience was great. Nick was really easy to work with when making the reservation. The driver (Melinda) was extremely friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend this group for large parties!
The shuttle van itself was awesome and came with great bluetooth speakers!

Nick at Party Bus Charleston couldn’t have been more accommodating as we were making plans for our «Pink Party» honoring my mother (5yr survivor), but after the «check cleared», he was MIA. The bus we ordered «broke down» the day before, so they sent another. Unfortunately, the DVD player didnt have audio connected and the cd player was lousy. I expressly asked about this because we planned to show informative and recreational videos including karaōke. The driver was «unable to reach Nick» and much to my dismay, after trying for 3 days, so was I. My family made the best of it, but I will NOT use this company again and suggest you keep looking. A rating of 1 star is generous. (A few of our photos show the cracked bus window in the background — delete.)

Would get 0 stars if possible. we put a deposit down about a week before our trip, and we never even saw a bus. Avoid this company at all costs. Their bus «broke» right before we were supposed to be getting picked up from downtown and taken to the Edisto. So all 20 of us had to take cabs. They promised it’d be fixed by our pick up time 7 hours later. Sure enough they left us stranded alongside the Edisto for 4+ hours. We eventually had to get family and friends to come all the way out there and shuttle us 5 people at a time back to charleston. Horrible, horrible company. I’ve heard their buses «break» a few times a week. If you want a party bus, look elsewhere.
