I dropped my coat off Tuesday and was told I could pick it up Wednesday after 3;00. On Thursday I went to pick it up and the lady«who was completely clueless and seemed lost» couldn’t find my coat., The other lady«a manager I suppose» helped her look and said they’ve been backed up. They found my coat in the back still dirty… They said it wouldn’t be done until Friday! I told them I couldn’t wait until Friday! I asked«the clueless lady» if they could put a rush on it and try to get it done within the next hour or so and she«with a very clueless look» shook her head no… I took my coat and left… I was upset so I called to speak with a manager, a lady who said I could speak to her but oddly avoided the question when asked if she was the manager… She said I could bring it back and they would have it done by noon. By this time I was already 20 minutes away… I didn’t have time to wait and I was already on the road. But my husband insisted we drop it off because he knew how important it was to me… We waited for over an hour. No big deal until later that evening I went to wear my dress coat to a military ball over top of my formal dress and found out it was NEVER cleaned!!! I called them and the«clueless lady» answered. I asked if they even cleaned my coat her reply«I don’t know» I said its still dirty! She said«ummmmm I don’t know what to tell you». AREYOUFREAKINGSERIOUS? I said«have your manager call me back»! No call! I can’t believe this is the way they run their business! I hope they are reading this. I hope the owners read this. AND I really hope the owner isn’t the lady that was up front working the desk! Never again! INCOMPATANT! IDIOTS. I will spread the word about my experience. This could of been resolved if they called me back.

Charged for services not requested, extra charges not disclosed, no calls as promised. The worst part: Absolutely no interest in resolving a problem with a customer. I paid just to get out of there. Every request to talk to someone or compromise was shut down. Items don’t fit right. I don’t even want to go back to get the work fixed. The kicker is, it was a $ 30 discrepancy. Due to my size I have to alter just about all my dress clothes. They just lost at least 10 more jobs. The seamstress keeps irregular hours(7:30−12, most days but goes home early) so you have to call ahead. It’s hard to get time for a fitting. The changing room was their restroom. The fitting area is in the back. You have to walk through all the hot steam and clothes to get there. It’s an open stand(no curtains, no privacy). I had to lift up my shirt to fit the pants and felt a bit exposed to all the staff working the steamers and presses. I called regarding prices for services I wanted. $ 14.50 to take in waist. $ 8 for basic hem. I told the seamstress that I needed the waist taken in. She started pinning till they fit. She pinned the hem of 1 pair and I agreed to the additional hem on 1 pair. I figured what the heck, it was already here. So 3 items to take in waist, 1 hem. This is also what I told the cashier when I left. «Yes.» Took my number and told me she’d call me when they were ready. They told me 2.5 weeks. It took 3 weeks. I only found out it was ready when I called in because it was so long. Turns out the items were ready a week ago earlier, but no one bothered to call. My aunt does alterations for men’s wearhouse, my uncle does them for Nordstroms. They normally do mine for me so I know what professional alterations should be like(I miss them so!) I thought I was paying a professional, but the alterations she suggested seemed like shortcuts(straight seam up the side instead of removing band to preserve the continuous band). She asked if I wanted the pockets in my pants or if she could sew through them to decrease the thighs. Yes! Of course I want my pockets! No don’t just take it in on one side cause you don’t want to mess with the zipper, it’ll offset the pockets. No it’s not okay to take it all from the back seam so that my back pockets overlap each other and have a wedgie. I pick up today and got charged for services I didn’t expect, didn’t request, and wasn’t notified about. $ 30 in additional charges that the cashier refused to list. Said it was pinned, the seamstress did it, I was charged and that was that. All I asked was to take in the waist and she pinned my pants to fit. I had no idea that I would be charged for anything that was beyond the waistband. The«extra» was taking off extra material at the sides so they would match the waist, what one would do so the pants dont look like mc hammer pants after you take in the waist. I would’ve taken my pants home if she’d told me. I can sew a straight line to take in the sides. Maybe that’s why she didn’t. I explained the discrepancy between what I requested and reaffirmed before leaving. I asked if there was someone I could talk to, to clear the matter up. I asked if there could be a compromise as I was not told of these services. Only answer was no. «The seamstress had pinned the clothes and done the work. Work was done, I was to be charged. Didn’t matter if I wasn’t told about them. She did what was pinned, charged for what services she wanted to and that was that. Cashier who checked me out was the one I talked when I first dropped them off. Denied ever talking to me about verifying services even though I had called before and checked before I left. Wouldn’t give me a list of services when I asked for a breakdown of the charges. Simply repeated that I owed $ 91. She started listing off the things they had to do, but I don’t know what was done on what and why I was charged $ 45 for one pair of pants.
