Do not go here! The exit gate has never worked on the year i was there making traffic an issue at may times. Most trucks will have to get in and out to use the access keypads.(Annoying) the«climate control» is laughable. It’s just enough to keep the palmetto bugs conformable in your stuff all year long but not enough to prevent mold or mildew from destroying your things. The price jump every January is absurd. 25 – 30 dollars a month! They charged me a late fee my very first month after they failed to send an email work my bill! The back corner spaces will be under water during flooding. Their representatives are rude and arrogant and couldn’t care less about any issue that you might have. There are several facilities within a few miles that offer much better value and quality. Stear clear! !

Had my belongs in here for several months. Went to move my stuff out to move back to Philadelphia and when I opened up the unit it was infested with ROACHES. I contacted the district manager to see what he can do for me now that my SUV is infested he told me to call my insurance company. No «I am sorry», no «what can we do to help you», nothing. I will never use another public storage facility ever and I use them regularly as I travel around the country for work. I will also be moving the unit I have in Philadelphia to another company. DONOTRENTFROMTHISFACILITY!

The reservation you make over the phone or online means absolutely nothing! I spent 45 minutes on the phone with a regional agent reserving a 10×15 climate controlled storage unit. I received an email and text confirmation. I even called the local storage facility where I was going to be renting with to confirm my reservation. The next my boyfriend and I went in to get a tour of the facility and to look at our unit, however, the computer systems were down so the property manager couldn’t take us to our reserved unit but we saw another to get a gauge for size. We called back 3 days later when their systems were back up and running to confirm a third time! Upon arriving 2 days later to sign papers and buy a lock, the property manager informed us that no 10×15 climate controlled unit was available! All they had was a 10×20 cc. Instead of giving us the larger unit for the price we reserved(which is common elsewhere), she was going to charge the full price for the unit. THEN informed us we could make an online reservation with our phones to save a couple bucks(online has cheaper rates apparently). After spending the time to do all that with our phones, the 10×20 cc rate was $ 100 more expensive we we had to pay in full. And then also paid the administrative fee, insurance, AND paid for the lock – which is all standard but would have expected one of the fees to be waived(for making us go through all that trouble). Overall, I am completely dissatisfied with the customer service at this place.

I have rented a storage unit here for about a year and a half. Despite a rent increase after the first year they can not seem to find the money to keep the gate operative so that they are providing the secure site I am paying for. The gate has been inoperative and left open for most of the year. Just need to find the time to move to another storage facility.
