Unfortunately the last reviewer is correct: bums do solicit here. A quiet word to the manager once you get inside will see them banished, though.
Prices are pretty consistent for the valley, in my opinion. There are a small handful of cheaper things here, but also somethings that are way more expensive. By and large this gets a straight average from me, except for late at night when it gets scary.

Rite-Aid has some of the highest prescription prices around. There are frequently drunks outside accosting customers and asking for money. You’re better off driving a few blocks further and going to Walgreens.
