I’m giving 1 stars for a couple of reasons. First, it took wayyyy too long. The lady moved so slow doing my pedicure, that I ran out of time to do a manicure, so I told her to just remove my old nail polish on my fingers. I only had three nails with half polish and she left me sitting there with foil for almost 20 mins. Then a different person came over to finish. There was a man working that could have been doing my manicure while the lady was doing the pedicure but instead he took his shoes off and propped his own bare feet up in the tub. When you have a bad feeling, you just know it.

It’s Saturday morning, and my mom and I are thoroughly enjoying our pedicures. This is one of the cleanest Nail salons that I have ever seen. They use brand new pumice stones, liners in the basin, and even plastic covers on the massage chair remotes! Everything is sanitized, and very clean! They bring a bottle of water as soon as you sit down. They are always super friendly, and professional. The pedicure is $ 30 which is also very reasonable! I will definitely keep Coming!

Service was good. Employees were friendly. However, I was in there for almost 3 hours for gel nails and a regular pedicure. It took entirely too long. And I believe they are slightly over priced.

We had made an appointment for 2 pedicures at 11am on a Saturday. I got there 10 minutes early to check-​in for our appointment but my pedicure didn’t get started until 11:42am and my sister’s at 11:57am. The appointment was useless-​they started working on people without an appointment before us, and once a walk-in’s pedicure was finished started their manicure instead of seeing us. The pedicures were just ok, nothing too grand-​my heels were dry when they were finished and I had to apply more lotion myself. Not worth the $ 30, especially since it’s $ 10 more for a leg massage/​lotion.
Overall: don’t make an appointment, they don’t honor it. Go somewhere else if you can.

The good: pedicure by a friendly lady and replacement liners in tub.
The bad: had an issue with software for debit card and I had to call back to find out their system needed an update
The ugly: the man told me the bank/​nearest atm was a mile away when he thought the decline was my fault. The second he found out it was their fault, he told me it was across the street and pointed right to it. That lie will prevent me from coming back.

Omg what a WONDERFUL experience! The young lady who did my pedicure did an outstanding job! It was so relaxing and she scrubbed and massaged my feet and legs for at least 30 mins! I left feeling like butter! :) There was not excessive chatter and the place is spotless! I will definitely be back!

The staff here is so fantastic. Each foot bath comes with a replaceable liner so I don’t get any cooties from the person before me. I came out of there looking like a rock star with beautiful toes and nails and eyebrows. I’m going to have to make this a journey for each month. Go pamper yourself!

Had a fantastic experience at this salon! John did an excellent job on my pedicure and the woman who waxed my eyebrows did a perfect job! I highly recommend this salon and the best part is how clean they are with the instruments and even tubs (they use liners). I live in Ladson and will travel to this salon from now on regardless of the distance!
