I have been waiting in line now for 20 minutes as the employees here move at the pace of turtles. There is a line of 5 behind me. This is an ongoing problem here. They need to get more desk help in the morning.

Made my reservation online, as I mention below, their hours aren’t 8 – 7 but 8 – 6 with reservations only until 4. Despite this initial confusion Mark and crew stuck around after hours to honor my 6pm appointment. Service was quick and easy. 5 stars to Mark and his team, 1 star for the webmasters at Sears.

I took my car to this service center a few days ago because I needed my a new tire. They told me since my car was four wheel drive, I had to replace all four tires (which I have done in the past two years). We finally talked them down from their original quote ($ 1500) to $ 800. They said the brakes, front struts, and at least two tires needed replaced. I picked up my car today and the brakes didn’t work properly. You had to floor the brakes for the car to barely stop. I immediately took the car back, and they said they’d fix it. When my husband went to pick the car up for the second time, they told him the brakes hadn’t been put in properly and «it wasn’t their fault because they had a lot of cars that day». DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE.
