TOTALLY AND COMPLETELY UNRELIABLE AND THE MANAGER DOESNT CARE. I scheduled two movers; they called 30 minutes before they were to arrive to tell me that they were not coming because of traffic and rain and could they do my move the following day? Really? After many texts to the movers whose boss, JL, said don’t go to the move according to mover’s texts, a myriad of voicemail messages, and three discussions with the scheduler, no one tried to help me. Stuck with a truck and no way to load it coupled with the last minute ditching left me in a bind. No communications from JL, no call backs from the scheduler even after offering to pay for movers and their truck the next day SUCKED! This cost me time, money, and a huge headache as I had to re-​arrange everything from finding new movers at the last minute to having the carpets and condo cleaned before inspection the same day we will move out. I WOULD SUGGEST THAT YOU CHOOSE ANOTHER COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE WAY TO DO BUSINESS.
