I can’t believe I am reviewing a Taco Bell, yet here I am. I have lived in Charleston now for around 5 years and this Taco Bell has never disappointed me– however I had a great experience which prompted this review. Last night, we went through the drive thru and ordered all items without cheese, not realizing one item would have sour cream. Immediately we were asked, at the window, «do you have any allergies or restrictions toward dairy? I was paying attention to the lack of cheese.» It seems minor, but made a world of difference to us, for we would have paid for something we could not eat. Overall, great quality Taco Bell but their workers make it 5 star.
