Tan Express

If your looking for a clean salon you might want to keep looking. I bought a package of 12 tans throughout the 2 months that I was tanning there I found dirty things every time! First off the beds are dirty…
1. Lotion prints all over the top of the acrylics from lack of cleaning them (tanners touch the tops just as much as the bottom acrylics)
2. More than one pillow had cracks in them and needed replaced!
3. Bed #12 had a huge crack in the actual hard plastic of the bed (customer could easily cut themselves)
4. Bed #1 had all kinds of random hair stuck in the acrylics
Things in the salon needed fixed as well in my opinion, the heat doesn’t work at all in the back of the salon, this means if you tan in the front of the salon be prepared to have a room that is over 90 degrees even in the morning. I had to get out early a couple of times due to the fact that it was hard to breathe. If you go to the back of the salon the rooms were in the high 50s and took a good 5 mins of getting over the shock of your body freezing. Also every radio was broke and didn’t have a clear station come in.
I can only speak for the 15 min beds as I never went in anything else. Upon looking at the 20 min beds they were in way worse shape than the 15 min.
The one positive was I did get a decent tan but it wasn’t worth the feeling of being dirty.
I even mentioned some of these things to the employees when I first tanned there and never saw any of them addressed/​fixed.
