Taylor Bros Shoe Shop

I don’t even want to give Taylor Brothers one star, but apparently I have to in order to do this review. They don’t deserve a star because I couldn’t even get past the rude gentleman on the other end of the phone call to take my shoes to them. I was simply asking a question wanting to know if they offered a particular service and was met with hostility and overall rudeness. Taylor Brothers needs to work on their customer service. Furthermore, before hanging up there was a very sarcastic «Good luck finding someone to do that.» remark. So if you want a place that treats you with hostility, rudeness and bad customer service, Taylor Brothers is your place, but if you want someplace to do your shoes, take it someplace else because I would never use them after this incident and couldn’t even tell you if they are good or not.
