Best yoga studio in town! They have lots of options for classes and a lot of young people go there.

I love this place. There are classes for all levels of yoga practice, and the beginning classes are really for beginners. The kids’ classes are a blast, and there are always fun events going on. There was just a benefit yoga-​thon and you could take classes for donations. I’ve heard this is a regular thing. There are also workshops, reiki, and more. All the teachers I’ve met so far are great, and they’re very helpful when you have questions or problems with the poses. I am new to yoga and am just learning about all the benefits of practicing, but I can already tell a huge difference in my general well-​being. I am looking forward to more classes at the Leaf.
