This is probably the best liquor store in the area in my opinion. They have a good selection of liquor with some beer and wine available as well. The guys that work there are really helpful and knowledgeable and can offer suggestions if need.
I like the scotch selection too.

Great selection, very attentive customer service, but the prices are a bit steep. This may just be a state driven issue. The location on the river is very seinick, but the parking is a bit awkward. I can and I will say one of the clerks here was very friendly. How does a rum cask single malt Scotch fancy you?

As far as West Virginia is concerned, you can’t do much better for imports and domestic microbrewed beer. Having only recently passed a high-alcohol content law, you can finally get some decent beer in my home state.
It’s probably for the best that there was no 10% abv beer when I was in high school. Now that I drink a little more responsibly, I was pleased to find a couple beers I hadn’t even seen in Columbus, one of which was an imperial pilsner. That’s a strange concept! A super strong version of shitty, fuzzy, yellow beer! It was actually quite good.
Aside from being one of a handful of places with this good a variety, Liquor mart also has a pretty darn good wine selection and, well, liquor. They also sell party supplies and the like. Good spot, now featuring reasonably well-knowledged beer aficionados behind the counter.
