What a mess! I took an armload of clothes here for alterations. I’m short and everything has to be hemmed. Frances was very nosy about how much I paid for three of my dresses and where I buy my clothes!
A coat that she hemmed the cuffs and reinforced the buttons on (from Saks Fifth Avenue) literally fell apart at the seams when I was shopping in NYC! The buttons were falling off, the hems coming undone!
Two dresses had to be taken back due to the fact that one side was three inches shorter than the other! What am I? A pirate?
An absolute disaster!

The building doesn’t look like much, but Frances is incredibly friendly and did a great job taking in my bridesmaid dress at the last minute. I recommend coming here for alterations.
