Needed a pick-​up to move a 14′ kayak. Called U-​Haul and reserved a pickup truck for pick-​up one hour later. Showed up at location. Staff was courteous, had my information and truck was clean and waiting for me. Cost was as expected. Returned truck. Equipment check-​in process was very fast and a receipt was automatically emailed to me. Great experience here. Excellent and convenient location on Upper King Street. I would highly recommend this U-​Haul location to anyone needing to rent a truck, pickup or trailer in the Charleston area.

Garbage. The trucks are fine, but the people inside are terrible. When I walked inside, I had to wait for the employees to finish their conversation before I could fill out a paperwork. The lady at the counter had a horrible attitude. I guess good attitudes cost extra at uhaul.

The U-​haul on King Street is WONDERFUL! My roommate and I went in without a reservation and they easily and cheerfully set us up with a rental truck. The staff there was really friendly, funny, and helpful and we didn’t have any problems renting or dropping off. This is my second experience with this Uhaul in the last few weeks and I definitely recommend them!
