Terrible customer service! Despite having several policies with them, I could not get agent Cindy Kirkland to return my emails or calls. When I tried to discuss this with Wes McKenna himself, he would not take or return my calls. Kirkland actually told me that I was asking for too much, when all I was asking for was communication! That wasn’t even the end of the difficulties with this agency. I took my five policies to another agency and have been about as happy as you can considering this is insurance we’re talking about…
I seriously have nothing good to say about Nationwide based on this agency and another one I worked with out of Georgia. Mind-​numbingly incompetent at times!
