Wonder Works

The Wonder Works shop in the Historic Charleston City Market is full of fun and interesting toys and a delightful place to visit.
But the reason I’m giving them a five star rating is for customer service. I bought a watch for my daughter that she absolutely loved. After wearing it daily for a month, a small piece on the watch band broke. After a futile web search, I called the store directly to see if I could buy another watch band. Rather than selling me a new watch band, they told me they would replace the whole watch. They said they stand by their products. We had a new watch within a few days. That’s about the best I could ask for when it comes to customer service. I don’t see that kind of commitment very often these days, and I really appreciate it when I do. I’d give them five plus stars if I could.
