This gym is great. They have a big weight room, with a lot of machines and cardio machines. The staff is really friendly and helpful, but so are the members; I don’t think I’ve bumped into any rude people.

Good facility! The employees seem to have their stuff together, and love that there is a Subway inside.

The gym equipment is mostly all new, great cardio equipment! Octane, Arc Trainer, ellipticals, treadmills, stationary bikes, & the new bikes that let you seem like you are traveling through a city, etc! Lots of classes also & most are free! Zumba-​pilates & everywhere in between!
Huge indoor pool & jacuzzi, separate sauna & steamroom! All are very clean, massive locker room area in womens. Massage services, babysitting, racquetball, 2 Full size indoor bball courts, & tennis courts; inside also.
Very nice staff as well! Subway upstairs.
