Got a cut and color. The color was fine, I actually quite like it. But I gave only 2 stars because my cut was totally botched. My family even commented on how uneven it was, so I know it wasn’t just my perception. Pieces were almost an inch shorter than others, and some of it wasn’t cut at all. It was weird, and unacceptable. Had to get it fixed and went to another salon.
