Rich @ McCarthy Brothers was such a big help for our wedding at the Commandants House in Charlestown. He was extremely easy to get a hold of, always there to answer a question, and listened to exactly what we wanted and followed through with it. Not only did he provide for our wedding day, but he also provided for our rehearsal dinner. If you’re looking for a package store to supply you for an event, look no further than McCarthy’s. I’m always a supporter of the small business man because you get what I think is better customer service along with better prices. If we were running low on ice or any liquor/beer, Rich was willing to make a delivery to both events. It’s a great place to stop in to pick up your favorite wine or beer, but it was a pleasure to work with Rich & his staff for a large event such as our wedding day!

McCarthy Bros. Is must stop for me going into or coming out of Boston. Friendly service and a wide variety of beer, wine and spirits. There are two things that make this Charlestown institution standout. First, they can cater any event including weddings with all the beverages you need, and they deliver to the North End. We had a Stanley Cup final party going on at a friends apartment off Hanover street and McCarthys had the cold beer and ice to the door in less than 30 minutes.
