DO NOT BRING YOUR DOG HERE!
I live in town & brought my dogs here for a long time. During drop off, I left my car keys on counter. I ran into a friend in lot so was delayed going back in to retrieve my keys.
Imagine my horror when I heard her berating my dog calling him a jerk and dragging him across the floor. My dog is very easy going and well trained Delta therapy dog. I couldn’t believe it. Needless to say, my dog and I left immediately. I did go back later to discuss with her. The owner (some woman who was so inappropriate with my dog) wasn’t interested in speaking with me. When I asked her why she treated my dog so horribly, she was at first dismissive and then got downright nasty & rude.
I am sick over the number of times my dog was subjected to her abuse. Every time I drive by and see unsuspecting owners dropping off their precious dogs, I get a knot in my stomach. The owner is not be trusted. Stay clear of this place.

I would say, if anyone asked me, Do Not bring your dog to this lady ! She is abusive!
I brought my 2 year old mini poodle to be groomed there on Friday. I returned about an hour later to see if I should stay nearby or if I had time to run a couple of errands.
She did not notice me walk in. As I walked in, I heard her call my dog a Jerk and yell at him. And pull his neck up with the collar holder thingy so that he was reaching on his tippy toes. He is a very mild mannered, well behaved dog. I won’t go into the details but I will never return! If you love your dog, I would advise you to stay AWAY!!!
