Bartlett’s was a total disappointment. Other than the initial interaction they failed to impress on every account. We purchased the same Hunter Douglas window coverings for our Charlevoix home as we have in Grand Rapids. Bartlett’s is the local dealer. Too bad for Hunter Douglas. They quoted on our carpets too. Fortunately we chose another provider since Bartlett’s was several thousand high on the same carpet and installation.
Bartlett’s only communicated when we tenaciously called them be it about the status of the order, installation and more. In fact, we were asked to call the installer direct to arrange his schedule. We were mislead several times about the status of the order, installation and finally had to demand completion.
