Visited the Charlotte hall location and was greeting with all smiles! Very warm and welcoming! I was immediately approached by Jonathan. who was more than helpful! He was knowledgable of the all products and service and helped me pick the best phone for me! I was super impressed with how friendly Jonathan was. by far my best experience with Verizon ever! My boyfriend and I both got phones that day with Him! He is awesome! Definitely a refreshing experience with Verizon!

Today we came into the store and Tim was very helpful in reviewing my Verizon account. He helped save me money. Tim was very professional. The store was clean and no waiting! Highly recommend going there!

Visited the store today and met Tim. The equipment knowledge and excellent customer service that he had and presented was a pleasant surprise. We were just looking to add a phone to our existing plan but left with 2 free tablets and other free goodies after mail-​in rebates. All rebate info was ready to be mailed before we exited the store. GREAT experience! James
