Never thought it would be so hard just to order some fries… Worst service ever, avoid this place if possible.

Worst service I’ve ever experienced at a fast food restaurant! Make sure you check your order before you leave because they will leave items out!

Avoid this place if at all possible. If you must have your Big Mac, then ensure you double check you have what you ordered and paid for. Garbage food, service, and workers.

Seemed like any old McDonalds to me. The only fast food choices for drive thru are here and the BK.

What everyone else said. The employees here are rude and slow. All I wanted was coffee, so I went through the drive thru. Sat waiting for 15 minutes after they took an order from another car that came after me. Ridiculous.

This McDonald’s is terrible. Don’t let the nice remodeled exterior fool you. The wait times in drive thru are terrible and the food is terrible. On multiple occasions I have come here and received food that tasted as if it had been sitting for a long time, even during breakfast or lunch rush hour. Biscuits that are dry, burgers that are dry, McGriddles that are hard and stale. Ordered a large peppermint mocha to receive a cup of black coffee. How does a black coffee even resemble a peppermint mocha? Try McDonald’s in Lexington Park or towards Brandywine/​Waldorf. Avoid this one.

I’d like to give zero stars, but that’s not an option. We do not normally review fast food restaurants, but after years and years of consistent failure at this location we feel compelled to review. This is BY FAR THE WORST McDonalds! It is common knowledge in this area to expect a 20 – 30 minute wait in the drive thru. Service inside is no better. Oftentimes as you’re waiting forever for the line to move you see multiple employees outside smoking and playing around. The employees are RUDE! They never say thank you and practically throw your food into your car. This is the one fast food restaurant that you MUST check your food once receiving it because 9 times out of 10 something is wrong. When something is wrong they do not want to fix it for you. They put more energy into arguing with you than they do into getting your order right in the first place. The place is generally filthy. They say the drive thru is open 24 hours, but if you attempt to go through the drive thru after midnight they purposely ignore you in hopes you will go away. Sometimes if you wait there for 20 minutes someone will finally come to take your order with a huge attitude. It seems to be a requirement that all employees must be on some kind of drugs to work here. I understand that it is a minimum wage job, but no other McDonald’s is this horrible. The only reason this location ever has business is because of children asking for it and the minimal choices within a 20 minute drive. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!!
