Wow! This place is a class act. Everyone is wonderful and so educated in their field. I have been taking another Barre Course for awhile now in Charlotte and was wondering why I kept getting injuries or feeling so horrible the next couple of days. After taking the Corre Barre courses here, my body actually feels great afterwards and I am not in pain. Exercising with a purpose and working smarter not harder, to the point of fatigue and exhaustion(this is how injuries occur-look at the science behind this), is the goal here. The trainers here are very knowledgeable in their craft and are very cautious about providing a safe environment. This place is a gem here in Charlotte, I am so grateful To Monica and staff for being such true innovators in this field. I feel so lucky and honored to have the actual developer of Corre Barre here in Charlotte. Monica is so humble and gracious, I really appreciated that! No frills or cheesiness in this studio. Technique and providing a safe and injury free environment is the goal here and you will see results! Everyone, please check out Corre Barre here, you’ll never go back to any other method!

This place is everything you would want in a Pilates studio and more. The reception area is open and welcoming, there are cubbies to put your bag and your shoes in, they sell DVDs and other Pilates ish, and there are bathrooms to change in. The practice area is beautiful; they are three separate rooms, one large room where there is a barre, 4 Cadillacs, and 4 reformers, another room for gyro-tonic, and a third room with a little bit of everything. All the rooms have hardwood floors and the walls are this refreshing light green color. The place is very calming and inviting. I have taken the Core Barre class on Tuesday night at 6:30($ 20) and the Reformer class on Thursday morning at 7am($ 30). I highly suggest going to the Core Barre class to get a feel for the studio and then inquire about reformer classes. Their website has a lot of information about everything they offer. Tip: This place is not easy to find. You go down Fairview toward Cameron Valley Pkwy, flip a U turn at Cameron Valley Pkwy, and then take your first left into where all of the brick buildings are. They are back left if you were standing on Fairview. I suggest leaving early for class the first time you go in case you get lost like me :) Alas, you could probably walk in to class 5 mins late if it was your first time, they are very welcoming there.
