Horrible. I delivered my computer to them the in between Christmas and New Years and was prepared for a wait given the holiday season. After them having my computer a month and continuous promised that diagnostics would be perform and were not. The final straw or lie was when they said they called my husband several times, his phone log showed not record of any calls. They did nothing! My husband went to retrieve computer and in the parking lot they called his cell phone. Playing games. They are horrible and liars.

Access Computers came to me very highly recommended by our daughter, a clinical psychologist and a partner in one of Charlotte’s leading psychology practices in our city. She speaks very highly of Steve there at Access and gives all of her computer to him, as do most of the folks in her practice because of the excellent work he does.
He provides very personal service and I trust him to do any and all servicing my wife and I need. He also resells refurbished Dell Computers at a very fair price and is happy to customize it to meet your needs. I am planning to replace my ancient desktop running Windows XP shortly and will not hesitate to purchase one of his Dells rather than buying «new new!»

Take pictures of your equipment prior to leaving it at this establishment. My experience here was less than impressive and I will never recommend them nor will I EVER return to them for their subpar work.
