Brought in a jewelery box for engraving. They are fast, friendly, and reasonably priced ($ 12) but they also recommended a specific font that really made everything pop out. Patsy was extremely friendly — when I commented about the exceptional service she said «customer service still means something to me» and you could tell that was very true.
