Aim 2 Please Moving

Beware of using these movers they they were 2 hours late showing up didn’t have a big enough truck and the workers took more breaks then they actually worked. Also beware of them wanting to load your flat screen TV in your on vehicle. They loaded my 60″ flat screen TV in my SUV and then unloaded it which I wasn’t at my SUV when they brought it up and when I turned it on a few hours later the screen had been hit and he 3 month old $ 1500 TV was trash. After I called them they blamed it on me for transporting it in my vehicle. And told me it was my problem and hung up on me. Beware of this business go to someone else.

Didn’t show up for our move. We waited around for a long time and were told the movers were held up at another job. After a few hours of waiting we were fed up and hired someone else. It was inconsiderate of the movers to do this to us and I wouldn’t recommend unless they will promise you they will show up.

Aim 2 Please was scheduled to move me today at noon (4÷30÷16) however they NEVER showed up. Here are the events that took place on why they were given 1 star and why I will NEVER refer them to anyone. I called them at 12:15 to find out their ETA and I received no answer, I texted 5 minutes later to find out their ETA and I received no reply, and I called again at 1pm and I received no answer. At that point I realized they were just not going to show up nor reply to any of my attempts to contact them in regards to our scheduled moving time so I contacted another company (We’re Moving) and thank God they were available. Finally at 1:30/2pm I received a text message stating that the move they we were working on was taking longer than expected. I texted back and notified Raymond (Manager) that I found another company because I didn’t hear anything from him when I originally reached out almost 2 hrs ago. His reply was «ok thanks». I am a very fair person and I understand that circumstances arise that are sometimes out of our control but as a business the proper thing to do is notify your customers that you are running behind. However, in this situation this did NOT happen. I reached out to the business and didn’t receive a reply until almost two hours after our original appointment. Then to add injury to insult there was not an apology given or any sort of empathy on their lack of communication and customer service. I take my time seriously so as business they should respect that. With all that being said, I will NOT refer them to anyone because good customer service and communication goes a long way and this company does NOT exhibit those attributes.

Highly recommend! These movers are very professional and efficient. My family situation was a little complex as we were waiting to close on a home. We were staying in a two bedroom apartment with a moving closing date. I contacted these movers 3 times all changing moving dates. They accommodated all dates. «Not a problem!» Got to admit, I was a little sceptical and nervous as we haf to get this right. Week of moving day we confirmed the time/​day («No Problem») .
On moving day two guys showed up, carefully and professionally loaded the truck, transport to new location, and moved everything in the home without a mess.
Great working with these guys and will use in the future!

Would recommend these guys ANYTIME. Easy scheduling at the last minute that made my move possible. I was very late getting the truck to them and Raymond told me not to worry, they would still help. The access was hard due to the size of the furniture and it was no problem for these guys!!! Price was very reasonable and even with the difficulty of the move, he stuck to his price! Definitely please with Aim 2 Please!!!

Professional, courteous and timely. They moved an all wood library card catalog cross town and I’m very pleased with how quickly the task was accomplished. I would recommend them.

I called these movers the same day of my move. They came out in about a hour of my call. They were both very professional and friendly! They loaded my truck in about 2 hours and they had everything so neatly organized and placed I could tell that they really knew what they were doing. I would definitely recommend this company.
