We paid Robert Allen of Allen Design and Associates in full, but he did not pay some of his subcontractors. Two of those subcontractors then had to file mechanic’s liens against our property for about $ 5,000 that he owed them. I have receipts and recorded phone conversations with him to prove it our payments.
Be careful with Robert Allen and Allen Design and Associates.
