I relocated from CA to VA for work and was pleased with the service I received. My moving coordinator was in touch throughout the process which helped put me at ease. My possessions were also delivered in a timely fashion free from damage. The only issue I ran into was that I wasn’t able to confirm a pick up window until a few days before which for a short distance move is fine but when you are moving cross country and have to line things up just right, it would have been helpful to have this information included as part of the booking process.
