As a Realtor, I’ve helped hundreds of families sell their homes. It is definitely a Buyers’ Market, and sellers have to differentiate their home to achieve maximum results in today’s real estate climate. I’ve worked with several interior designers to stage our listings, with mixed results. Their business models are different than what my clients look for when preparing their home to sell. Then I was referred to Carol Schulenburg, owner of Ballantyne Home Staging. She has a scalable business model, a great inventory of furniture and furnishings, a keen sense of style, and is extremely professional. Carol offers my clients options — and allows them to make informed decisions. She understands how to profile potential buyers, and how to make the home appeal to their needs and tastes. Carol is accessible, flexible, and passionate about her business. I’m blessed to have her as a business partner, and will continue to utilize Ballantyne Home Staging as a critical part of my real estate business. If you are a real estate agent that plans on being a successful listing agent, you would be foolish not to incorporate Carol into your marketing plan. Similarly, if you are a homeowner planning to sell, she will show you how to set your home apart from others on the market. Simply put, she gets excellent results.

Carol takes great time and thought into making the most of the assets of a house. She is kind and gracious when suggesting certain personal items are not the best for marketing the home. Since I was on a tight budget, she worked miracles with the items I had on hand and with a few additional items, the house looks great! Real estate agents and potential buyers have all given positive feedback the home’s appeal, both inside and out. Carol definitely offers a service that makes getting a home ready for market easier and more manageable.
