The response from Heather is very disappointing. I do not know what you are talking about. I don’t know whether you all apply lashes to brows or skin. Or above or below or between lashes for that matter. That’s your job! How on Earth would I know this? My eyes are closed when you guys do what you do. I did not DEMAND anything at all. That is silly. I’ve been there many times before and I have never told anyone how to of their work. Tiffany let me know she does not like applying clusters and used old, white glue she had to borrow from someone else at the last minute. Tiffany did a terrible job, wasted my time, and is lying. Again, the fact that my lashes all fell out is all my fault. LOL! Goodbye, Heather.

I had my brows and lashes done here before my trip abroad with Heena. I am super picky about my brows and this was the first time getting my eyelashes done. Heena did a wonderful job on my eyebrows. I have been getting them threaded for years and she deforest did a good job. But was the threading service so expensive? In NYC I typically pay less than $ 10!
Heena decided the silk lashes would be best on me so that’s what I got. The service was relaxing and they looked great, although I was able to see a very distinct line between my lashes and the silks… Perhaps because I was looking closely and this was the first time I got them done do I really have nothing to compare the to but again I ask why so expensive? Is this typical? I’m going to check out a few other places and possibly update my review.

Torn on the stars… bought a Groupon for my brows. As I was completely frazzled since I was getting to leave for Spain, so her name slipped my mind, however she was sweet and paid attention. I opted for the threading,. my first time with the threading. So for me. I am extremely picky and prefer to do my own shaping… I usually get waxing just for the clean up… So I wasn’t that impressed — when I got home to my mag mirror — I was let down — but since it was a Groupon, I will def try again — oddly enough, I found the threading really relaxing… go figure.

Heena did a great job shaping my brows. It was my first experience with threading. The threading room was comfortably lighted and clean. The table was also comfy to lie down on. Heena was professional and warm. I’ll be going back for certain.

I moved from Chicago a year ago and was worried about my eyebrows. A friend referred me to Beautiful Brows and I am so happy she did. Carla and her staff are sooo wonderful!!! I always feel welcomed and my eyebrows are ALWAYS perfect. I would not dream of going anywhere else in Charlotte.
