Over all a good place. Only complaint I have is I joined because it was a gated community but the Gate is always broken .They fix it and someone breaks it. It is not the fault of the driver who breaks it but the management fault as they close the gate after every car without proper checks in place. They need to have a barrier gate infront of the actual gate.

Really enjoyed my time here. We only moved due to the raise in the price, would of loved to continue living here, but there are similar alternatives that are more affordable. Our only complaints with re-​signing the lease besides the price would be the mandatory valet trash. I would rather save the $ 25 a month and dump my own trash. My only other complaint about this apt would be the gate. The main gate worked for about 10 of the days we lived at the apartment. Not sure how they classify as a gated community when the gate hardly ever works. Overall we left very pleased with the community and staff.

I’ve been living in Berkeley Place Apartments since Aug 2013 and so far I have never seen anything disappointing. It’s a quite, clean and well-​maintained neighborhood and the staff are all kind and helpful. They are pretty quick at responding to any maintenance requests. Also, The rates are fair compared to other apartments in the university area.
