With very short notice we decided to get a custom t-​shirt for a friend for their birthday. We designed it (which by the way the online design feature is so cool and user friendly) and we requested to have it done in two days time. The staff was super accommodating, and went above and beyond to help us have our order done in time for her party.
I will have to admit, the design we made wasn’t the greatest. My friends and I are not artists. The photo we picked was set in a big white square. I fully expected to get the shirt and have a big white square on it. To my surprise I get the shirt and there is no big white square! Just the image! I even told the staff I was fully expecting the square and she said they would never do something like that! I was so amazed.
I don’t know that I will NEED another custom shirt in the future but Big Frog makes me WANT another custom shirt! From the design feature online, to the great above and beyond service, to the awesome finished product I couldn’t be happier! I will return!

The staff over at Big Frog was very helpful. They were able to design a custom logo for me from a picture I had on my phone. I stopped over at the store and was able to have an order placed within 20 minutes. This was a last minute idea that I had and Big Frog was able to turn around my order within 2 days. I wanted to have something special for my out of town guests that attended our party. The shirts were a big hit.

This past Father’s Day I found out hours before that my parents were coming to visit for the weekend and attend a classic car show. My father has demential and was a classic car collector himself but now fumbles over describing the cars he used to own.
Once hearing my dad’s story, Big Frog rushed a same day order of t shirt for my sad to wear with his car on it. The following day at the car show, he proudly wore the shirt and pointed at it when he forgot words to describe it. He now loves the attention he gets by wearing it out and at his adult day program.
This company went over and beyond I make the holiday great!

I’m amazed this place stays in business. I’ve used Big Frog twice for small orders, and they’ve made mistakes on both, while being either inept or clumsy in the process. The first time they printed my order twice, calling me three days after I’d picked up the completed order to tell me the order was ready. They’d printed it twice because of poor record-​keeping, I suppose.
The second time I tried them they had a new clerk being helped by a barely-​competent «older» clerk, who didn’t seem to know much more than the trainee. While I was there another customer came in to pick up an order only to find out that it hadn’t been printed on both sides, so they printed the shirts while she waited.
As for 24-​hour turnaround, forget it. The first time in it was three days, the second time it was six days. When I asked about the one-​day turnaround they advertised, the clerk on the phone said that it was actually «whatever the customer agreed to» and in my case I was told a week. Amazing.
They use good t-​shirts (Gildan 5.3 oz) and the final product isn’t bad, but this kind of place is based on quick turnaround of custom shirts, and you’d think trained customer service would be essential. Apparently the owners don’t think so.
