Built Restoration sets the standard high in home repairs! I own several properties in the Charlotte Area and have had the worst luck in getting the repairs done correctly and in a timely manner by other contractors, but Built Restoration totally changed that for me.
I have had multiple water leaks in my properties which called on hard wood floors and dry wall to be repairs and replaced and I called Built Restoration and Andy totally took control of the situation. My repairs were handled in a timely manner, the team was clean during the repairs and the repair site was cleaned immaculately when the job was complete. My floor looks amazing. They totally take the home owner out of the equation and get the job done!

Our experience with Andy at Built Restoration couldn’t have been any better. We had hail and wind damage and needed to replace our entire roof. When Andy told us that his team would remove our old shingles and replace with new in one day, I honestly did not believe him. Sure enough, they showed up and got the entire job done just as he said. We’ve done many renovations to our house in the past two years and I’ve grown accustomed to «cleaning up» after contractors that have worked at our house. Whether that’s construction debris or even gatorade bottles left after lunch time. I was very impressed with the thoroughness of every aspect of the work Andy’s team performed. Even when they removed the dumpster from our property, the driver got out of the truck and came back to walk around the area where the dumpster had been to make sure nothing was left behind. Did I mention that our roof looks fantastic?! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
