These guys just did a custom seat for my café racer. Awesome job! Fred (the owner I presume) is a great guy. They exceeded my expectations and the price was extremely reasonable. Did I mention he did it in like a day? Will definitely be going back and recommending him to all my friends! Top notch.

Perfectly re-​upholstered arm rest at half the cost quoted by the Volkswagen dealership for a replacement part. I would recommend their services to anyone!

So I own a «rag top» which is code for convertible. After a few years the top needed replacement badly… how bad? Well let’s just say I was using duct tape to keep the rain out of the back window *grin*.
I wasn’t sure where to go to have it replaced so I asked the dealership that services my car and Hendrick indicated Fredrick’s had replaced many tops for customers and all were very happy. So I took their advice and took the car over there for an estimate.
The cost was lower than I had thought by hundred dollars… and mind you, these things are not cheap! Though I was given an option on a grey top at a significant discount, but black was all that would do.
ETA to complete was a week and I left the car. When the car was ready they called me to pick it up and the owner indicated one of his staff would help me out as he would be out of the shop when I got there.
When I arrived the top was up and looking great! It was a sunny day, so I asked the shop guy if there was anything I needed to know and he say «nope, you are good.» So down when the top and away I went. I decided to get a car wash to make the car really look good, but when I arrived at the AutoBell and tried to put the top up it was short by 6 inches!!! I could not close the top back!!!
I immediately called the shop and told them what had happened. The shop guy said he’d call the owner and get back to me. A minute later the owner called me and told me that the car had to sit for at least a week to stretch out the top… I told him that at no time had anyone indicated that was the case. So I had to take the car back that day and they had to force the top back on and lock it down.
I would say they would have gotten 5 stars for my service, but the above incident wasn’t pleasant, so unfortunately I’m withholding 1 star. The do a great job at a great price, but just need to work on the exit process for customers for new tops for the entire shop and not just with the owner — if they fix that, then 5 stars all the way.
