Beware! Do not use Cabrera’s service unless you want to wait for the service indefinitely. Had an appointment scheduled with this «professional» company today (through Sears) but never heard from them.

They suck, and I don’t use that term lightly. Ummmm thanks for wasting my day and not calling or showing up. I wasted my entire day hoping that you could come to the mercy of my appliance repair. It is a real shame that Sears even contracts out such a terrible business. It’s because of crappy contractors like you, that caused businesses that were built in America q close. I’m trying to understand how you operate a business where you don’t call or show up. I do not recommend anyone in their right mind to use this service.

When my washer broke I called this guy and he said he’d be out that day between 12 – 4 but never called or showed. When I called to ask where he was he claimed he wrote my number down wrong and couldn’t reach me. Rescheduled for the next morning between 9 – 11 but didn’t call or show again and didn’t answer when I called to see where he was. Now I’ve wasted a day and a half waiting in him and still have a broken washer.

Do not use this service repair guy. He came to fix my refrigerator and said it needed a heating unit. He quoted a price which I later found out was too much. When he repaired, I had to call him back less than a week later for the same issue. This time it was another part that needed replacing (wire), I was charged for that part. Not more than 3 days, the same issue. Now it’s a control board. How could you not know this when you charged $ 69 for an analysis of the problem. So he wants to charge for parts and labor– Heck NO! Scam Artist and I regret the $ 300 + that went down the drain because the refrigerator is still broken! So groceries are being bought everyday and all leftovers are thrown in the garbage. He is the worst!
