Actually called on certapro because they did good work for the HOA where I used to live. I felt like he measured us (me and my wife) and our ability to afford his work before he even got to the house. First comment, «Do you know how much this is going to cost? It is really expensive.» Should have spent the time measuring the trim instead of measuring me. Secondly, he acted like he didn’t want to do the work. Rather pay someone who wants/​needs the work. Bad customer service at the least.
