Charlotte Custom Couture

My second wedding anniversary was quickly approaching and I needed a gift made out of cotton. We are following the traditional yearly gift guide. My husband is extremely hard to buy for… BUT there was one thing he had been talking about for months. A Wilfred costume for Halloween! (Wilfred the FX show– at the time you could not buy it in the stores)
I found Victoria from Charlotte Custom Couture by googling Charlotte, NC Seamstress and emailed her to see if she would be willing to make this creation for me. She was up for the task and could complete it in less than two weeks for me as I had procrastinated and was running out of time.
She was so kind to answer all my questions helped me find the material and told me what measurements I needed. I ordered the material online and had it sent to her, she found her own pattern online and made a few changes to it so to be sure it looked like Wilfred.
When the costume was finished I picked it up from her and was so shocked how professional it looked. On her website are mostly pretty dresses but from what I can tell she can make pretty much anything.
Most recently I received a handmade Holiday card from her thanking me for the costume making opportunity and wishing me a Happy Holiday! So Sweet!
Her price was extremely fair and she was very patient and kind. I will ALWAYS contact Victoria for any sewing needs.
