Excellent employees and customer service. Extremely happy with my bike tune up which didn’t take very long at all. They went above and beyond to help us out and even let us test ride an ebike which was fun.

I’m a rookie when it comes to biking, but one thing I’ve learned these last two months is a quality bike is a must! Charlotte Cycles has one of the best bike selection in Charlotte. This employee owned local bike shop does a personalized bike fitting for every customer. These guys know their stuff! Each bike purchase comes with a tune up for the first 90 days and free life time adjustments. Superb customer service!

This is hands down the BEST bike shop I have visited in the Charlotte Metro area! The gentlemen who run this shop are knowledgeable, patient, FRIENDLY and provide excellent service and great value! Many of the bike shops we visited prior to stumbling on to this jewel acted as if we were an inconvenience and our questions were an unwanted interruption.
One local bike shop did help us spec a JAMIS bike that might get us into the right niche, but they did not have the model in stock and they would ONLY order it if we committed to purchase it. This rather defeated our goal of trying out the bike prior to buying the bike.
We found the model we wanted to try out at Charlotte Cycles and were amazed: the bike cost less at Charlotte Cycles, the folks were friendly AND helpful and the customer service was superb! They fit us to the bikes for the test ride to make sure we had the best possible experience and boy did that JAMIS Dakota Comp ride nice!
Last Saturday we bought one bicycle, ordered another, asked them to load them up with the necessary gear for repairs and one week later the bikes were already to go!
This shop is GREAT! Great service! Great value! We will be back!

I used the Groupon for a basic bike tuneup here. They did a very thorough job cleaning my bike (do a lot of biking in the rain), calibrating the brakes, and fixing some shifting issues. These guys are top notch. in fact they did a MUCH better job tuning up my bike than the trek store in north Charlotte.
The guys are super friendly and eager to answer any questions. You can tell they take a lot of pride in their work.
Only reason why I’m taking off a star is its a little pricey. Had both of my brake pads replaced and they charged me $ 40 bucks for the parts/​labor. If I had known it costed that much, I would’ve done it myself.
