Scam artist! Avoid, avoid, AVOID! I prepaid my 17 days rental car in order to have the best deal. I returned car 10 days earlier when they left me cut and dry with broken car for 2 days in another state. I sent emails and emails to everyone in cheapoair from customer service to CEO but in past 5 months they didn’t do anything to refund my money!!! So be aware their«deals» can cost you a lot more(ruined vacation, new rental somewhere else, no refund, additional hotel expenses, one way rental unless you find the way to return broken car,…)
