If you need your ice machine fixed or cleaned, Patrick Diggs (owner) is your guy. He was very quick to respond to my request, explained his reasonable rates upfront, and was honest and open about his services. Upon arrival, he showed me his business card and ID, without me asking! He’s very professional, and was able to find the problem quickly and fix it cheaply (with Gorilla Glue!). I wish he offered other services, because Patrick is the best service provider we’ve had since we moved here 3 months ago. It’s nice to know there are still small business owners who care about their work and customers.
