Cleaner Carpet Concepts is fabulous! We have had them clean our carpets twice. The first time was 18 months ago. At that time, our carpet was just over three years old and had never been professionally cleaned. We have three children and a dog, so it was past the time to clean our carpets. Cleaner Carpet Concepts worked hard to remove pet stains, and was even able to remove a 3 year old silly puddy stain! The second time Cleaner Carpet Concepts cleaned our carpets was yesterday. They again were professional, prompt, courteous, and friendly. It’s amazing how all of the carpet in our house again looks brand new! We will definitely be hiring them again!

The best job that any company has done since we have lived in Charlotte. We have used 5 different companies, always looking for better results. Well, the search is over! We will be a customer for life with results like this. With a 2 yr old and a large dog… The carpets look like they were just installed. Extremely impressed and worth every cent. If you are serious about wanted the best results, hire this company. Bonus that it is veteran owned/​operated.

I recently used Cleaner Carpet Concepts to clean my tile and the end results is amazing. Cornelius Street owner completed the job and my tile looked new, the drying process was just an hour and his Eco-​Friendly chemicals was just was I was looking for. I recommend anyone to use Cleaner Carpet Concepts and I can tell you the before and after pictures are a testament to what they can do.
