I really wanted to like the company. Because I am all about supporting small businesses. And we were hoping to hire the company for future cleanings, but that were a lot of things that need to be worked out. I am hoping that my reply will help the company in the future. We purchase the deal in which it’s 3 bathroom cleanings with 8 other rooms being cleaned on living social for $ 99. Already from first sight, there were two individuals Eddie (the owner of the company) and Bonita (an employee to help with the cleaning). Bonita already looked grumpy from the beginning. What was odd was after I informed Eddie what rooms we wanted to have cleaned. I also asked if they moved items around to clean the floor. Eddie mentioned they have a one hand rule, meaning if it can be moved with one hand than they will clean it. He left and mentioned to his employee that he had to pick up another girl. He really did not mention anything to us. However, I thought no big deal. After Bonita realized that she would be cleaning the house by herself. Her face turned into a grimace and she was not happy. So I talked to her privately and was trying to get on her good side. Because I did not want for her to do a poor job. Okay so long story short. We felt bad and we decided to buy her lunch. And that moment I think she realized I was a kind person, and wanted to take it for granted. She talked to me privately and asked if there was any way possible that she could not clean the floors and I told her I am sorry that is just not possible. My husband would not go for that, and on top of that he was already reluctant letting other people in the house to clean the residence (because that is just the type of person he is). And that is when I knew this is not the type of person I would want to hire again in the future. She then proceed to clean the two bathrooms, the living room, the dining room, the kitchen, the back playroom (which counts as two rooms), the family room, and there was a hallway that she was suppose to clean, and a stairway (keep in mind this stair is only seven steps). At that point Eddie came back again and asked Bonita what was there left to do. And she said that it was just the floors, and he left literally not even five minutes abruptly again. Bonita was so irate at this point, because she mentioned this was the first time he left her to clean a house by herself. So she started to mop the floors. She is a self proclaimed neat freak. However, after I checked the bathroom, some parts of the chrome on the handleware of the sink faucet was not wiped down. Also, after she cleaned the bookshelf she left the items that was sitting on the bookshelf on the couch. I had to ask her to put it back, which is crazy to me that I would have to ask that. Also, the coffee table in the family room was not wiped down and I had to ask for that to be wiped down as well. When Eddie left in such a rush, he left the vacuum in the car. So Bonita was not able to vacuum the rugs in our living room, nor the hallway that we agreed upon that was suppose to clean, also the top stairs was not wiped down. Eddie finally came back to pick up Bonita, At this point she kept on complaining about how she felt dirty and she wanted to take a shower and just go home. When he came back he asked if everything was cleaned right and he apologized for leaving in such rush. He mentioned how he got into a car accident the day before and was using his wife’s car. Listen, I understand we are all human and some people have their off days. But at that point, I did not even feel like communicating anymore. Because if Eddie genuinely cared, he would have mentioned before hand that he was leaving and he was sorry for the inconvenience. Not afterwards. So I realized at that moment there was no point in communicating to him, the things that were not clean at all. I just wanted that negative energy at my house and not to deal with it any longer. It was 3 grueling hours of negative vibes in that house. I understand everyone has their off days and sometimes employer and employee don’t get along. So here is to hoping that things will get better for them. At least Bonita was polite to say ma’am. I think it’s a lose lose situation. Because in reality, how can you expect an employee to be pleasant. If you are leaving them abruptly and not even leaving them all the complete tools to finish the job. And communicating to them at the very last minute that they will have to clean a whole house by themselves. And it’s also her to a certain degree for not knowing how to control her negative energy better.

Deceptive business. First appointment was over 2 ½ hours LATE that I had to cancel due to the fact I had to go to work. Second day scheduled they called me up stating that it was a $ 25 extra charge to come to Clover, SC. I complained stating that I had already verified that they could come to Clover and they said yes and there was never a discussion of an extra $ 25 fee. I have cancelled them requesting a refund. This is a deceptive and deceitful company. Foul play. Do NOT use them. Untruthful practice. I may report them to the BBB.

Used Cleanital to clean my carpets on a LivingSocial Deal. Eddie was on time, professional and did an amazing job. My carpets were a mess before he arrived. I plan on working with him more in the future!

No show. As a busy new mom, I was very excited when my husband scheduled this appointment and hoping if they did a good job, we could use them monthly going forward. After waiting around for an hour, we called and they had «missed» our appointment on the schedule. We planned (wasted) our Saturday around this appointment. We spoke to Eddie and asked for him to add vacuuming drapes in 2 rooms to compensate for the inconvenience and he said they don’t provide that service (really, cause it’s listed as a service on your website) and didn’t offer anything else to make it right. Initially we were going to reschedule (they couldn’t reschedule until a week away), but now we’re just getting a refund from living social for this offer. Very disappointing!

was excited for the cleaning service, they never showed up! will be seeking a refund, very very very disappointed.
