This was my very first spinning class EVER! I always love the Unilocal Fit Club events because it gets me out of my comfort zone and to sign up for different studios that I’m interested in, but never go to. I’m so glad I came! The staff was super inviting and the space was bright and spacious. They have lockers for you to put your stuff in and a water fountain where you can fill up your water bottle. Jared taught the class and he was super enthusiastic and helpful! Since I’d never taken a spin class before he explained the bike settings to me and helped me get hooked in. I liked how the room is dark so you can focus on yourself. The set up was extremely motivating. You can race with others in the room by looking on the screen to see where you are. I didn’t know how I could survive a 50 min ride, but after sweating my butt off and having a great playlist to help focus on the ride I made it! I wish the studio wasn’t so far away from me, but it was a great experience! I would recommend this studio to anybody!

I really enjoyed the class that Jarad instructed. I love spinning and this was one of the best spinning classes I have taken. I love to sweat so it was perfect for me. But if you aren’t use to sweating or heat during working out it maybe a bit much for you but as long as you have something to keep you hydrated you should be fine.

I had a great time spinning at Core Revolution as part of the Unilocal Fit Club last night. I liked the interactive video screen — and when we were«racing» each other it was such a motivator to push myself! Great energy. The teacher was amazing and the music was great. I was drenched in sweat by the end! The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is because the sound system seemed to have issues — it was so deafening it hurt my ears. As in, I was concerned it could be causing permanent damage. My friend next to me said the same thing — her ears were popping and hurting. I’m not normally one to complain about the volume so either the corner we were in was bad or something was wrong with the bass. After class, I saw the ear plugs on the counter at the front desk and I speculated that maybe others had complained as well. When I return, I will utilize the ear plugs for sure!

I am a non-discriminating spinner. I’ve taken classes everywhere from my college rec center to uppity stadium spin classes. This is my favorite! Everyone is so friendly and so helpful. I’ve been a few times now and they still offer to help me with bike settings and ask if I need anything. The atmosphere is motivating, but not pushy. Also, the other clients don’t make you feel like an outsider when you come in for your first visit. The Barre class is also an awesome workout! The routines are challenging and not boring. Love, love, love.

This was my first time coming here for a cycling class. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They answered all of my questions. Facility is very nice and high tech. You can use on of their lockers and make up your own pass code. While I was waiting for the class, I was peeking in the the barre room. It’s really nice and the instructor that day seemed very passionate about her classes. I definitely think I will give that class a try sometime. The cycling class was awesome. It was everything that I thought it would be. Bikes were nice. Shoes for the class were nice and clean. Instructor was awesome and great at motivating people. Music was up to par! I definitely lost a lot of calories in the class and I like how you can see how well you do during the class. It’s a great workout. Highly recommended!

Awesome! Core Revolution is the place to go if you want perfectly sculpted thighs and glutes! I went for a cycling class, and let’s keep in mind that I hadn’t worked out for almost a year being on bedrest during pregnancy and now with an infant, but I almost fell on my face after I got off that bike! My legs were like jelly. Why? Because the class was so much fun but challenging. The instructor made it so that you can’t give up, even if you want to. You compete for miles and speed and if you’re like me, you don’t want to end up being last! So I pushed myself and pumped my legs until exhaustion. Yay. Let’s hope all of that work shows soon ;)

I have never really been a biker before, other than using my trail bike that I adore! I was always bored with stationary bikes, but this place changed my views. I typically run two or three miles at least three times a week. My miles take 30 mins and I’m pretty sweaty after. After this workout at Core Revolution, I was drenched in sweat 30 mins into the exercise. I went for a total of 45 mins, and realized that this is the perfect way to burn off calories. I normally eat 2,010 calories a day. After I logged my workout into my fitness pal app. I was allowed to eat 1,443 more calories that day. I gained so much more wiggle room in my diet from this workout. The ambiance is neat, clean, and modern. The teacher was very enthusiastic about the class she taught. The room you rode your stationary bike in was cool(as in tempature), had flat screen tv’s(with avatars) and very upbeat music playing. Did I mention they dim the lights so it’s in a dark room? The lockers were simple to use and the staff were extremely helpful. The one thing that you’ll remember more than the burn is the excellent motivational customer service.

This spin class was so much fun! Let’s break it down… Walking into the studio, you’re greeted by shelving for shoes and retail. The main desk is to the right. The studio is clean and modern, with two couches in the middle of the room and separate areas for lockers, restrooms and showers. Logan warmly greeted me when I walked in and helped me set up and account and get shoes so that I could clip into the bike.(These sizes are a little different than other spin studios, newer shoes = snugger feel. Yay! When you enter the cycle stadium, you’ll find your bike by the numbers on the front of the bike on the floor. The technology in this place is INCREDIBLE. You get a little avatar! I thought this was a good idea, but it turned into awesome, competitive motivation the second that your little avatar starts to peddle. The Core Rev technology will keep track of your calorie burn and different information. I wish I had learned more about the specifics of the rev board, I feel like my numbers could have been better if I knew what to focus on specifically. I’m looking forward to improving my stats in the next class. Afterwards you can take your time, refill the water bottle, and chat with the staff about any questions or concerns that you may have had. They have two showers available too, stocked with anything you’d need. This was a great class, a good workout, with friendly staff. They offer a handful of different classes — from circuit classes to heart rate monitored classes. I’d love to try the others. First class is free!
