As a healthcare executive with 30 years of interaction with the world’s top academic experts, I am disheartened at the decline in patient care re dermatology. They have been forced, or lured, into aesthetic procedures for economic reasons, leaving those with medical dermatological conditions seemingly unable to get more than 5 minutes of the doctor’s time for presentation/​diagnosis/​suggested treatment plan. I was hoping Dr Kosari would be different. Not so. Plan to try with one more appointment. Will keep Unilocal posted.

After going far too long without visiting a dermatologist, I decided it was time to bite the bullet. Dr. Haught was recommended to me by a friend and I was not disappointed.
Laundry list of items to discuss in hand, Dr. Haught and his assistant patiently answered all of my questions while making me feel comfortable the entire time.
What impressed me most is when I actually inquired about certain services, he talked me out of them if he did not feel they were right for me vs. trying to make a few extra bucks. Also, instead of writing me a list of expensive prescriptions, most remedies he suggested were over the counter products I was able to get from Target.
I left his office feeling very well cared for and also that I was given honest and genuine answers.
I have also been a regular patron to a prestigious medical spa in Charlotte, Because of the care I received during my visit, I’m strongly considering seeing him for my cosmetic needs as well. The funny thing is, he never mentioned that part of the business. I had to ask! Great practice and I know my skin will thank me for going!
***updated 1/​6/​15*** I ended up switching to this office and leaving the medical spa for some cosmetic treatments as well. I was shocked when my bill was a QUARTER of the cost of what I was paying elsewhere! And I truly felt I received better care and a real consultation as well.

Clean, professional, and friendly!!! Ive seen two different doctors here. Both were great! They were knowledgable and their prescriptions healed my skin conditions. Front desk staff was great as well. Even w great directions from the staff its a little hard to find, but Im also navigationally challenged. Just leave yourself some extra time in case. The best part was I received a refund check bc i copayed too much!!! Are you serious!!! Im usually getting bills that my insurance didnt cover. I didnt ask for it or anything. It was just a surprise in the mail today. So refreshing to be a customer at an honest business. Thank you Dermatology Specialists for offering impeccable customer service!
