Sharon and Jimmy Rountree helped us find our first home in South Charlotte a few months ago but we’re just now getting around to writing a review. They were excellent. I can’t review the business as a whole as I interacted just with them, but they were very knowledgeable and extremely patient as they educated us about the local market and gave us their impressions and advice. We never felt pushed and they were supportive. A five star experience. I would be very picky about this sort of thing going forward, and they were truly outstanding.

I honestly cannot understand why this brokerage or this broker doesn’t have tons of rave reviews. Now I cannot say that I have had the good fortune of buying a home in Charlotte since I do not live there… yet…
…but I have worked with Vicky, Catharine and Erin at Dickens-​MItchener on other projects and in my time in business, I have not met nicer people that cared more about their clients than these folks do. It’s almost an anachronism in today’s fast-​paced world where volume is more important than virtue for a business: a customer is just a number. Not here.
And when we worked together, they really didn’t have to be nice to me. But they always were. This reminded me of the old saying about character: «Character is how you treat those that can do nothing for you.»
