I would give a zero if possible the employees are the worst, they never stock the shelves properly, they have the worst attitudes and the manager «James» is very disrespectful. When I called to complain, nobody would listen or offer corporates number, never been back since and I highly recommend you go to any other dollar tree or store, if possible avoid this one at all cost!!!

This is the junkiest dollar tree in Charlotte. Thats not a claim thats a fact, I shop at dollar tree every week. I was in this dollar tree today And it Was aweful So much JUNK IN the Middle of the floor I got a headache trying to find anything in that store. I finally put The stuff I had in my hand down and got out of there I went to the mint hill store Much better. Long story short, this Dollar Tree Sucks !!

It should never take 25 minutes to check out from a store. When I got in the queue with my four items, I was eighth in line. When five of the people in front of me had already been processed, a second register was opened. And when I was leaving, a third register. Too late.
Yes, everything in the store is a dollar. I really like the reading glasses as I have a tendency to lose mine.

What did we do before someone invented the dollar store? Well, sure, we went to the five and dime. What is next? It doesn’t seem to make sense to have another five in there, and even a ten wouldn’t really be right. Maybe we should jump straight to twenty.
Anyway, the dollar tree is the cream of the crop when it comes to the dollar stores — generally nice enough, and staff that is cheerful most days, they even give you carts at the door to stash your loot and accepts plastic. It takes a lot of stuff at a dollar each to fill up a cart, even one of the small ones that they have.
