Rude employees and bad customer service. Went there one afternoon and one of the ladies had a horrible attitude. Seemed like she was yelling

As a resident of FreeMoreWest, I loved it when they opened this DD location!
Pros: close to home; super friendly staff; great coffee; good mailers with coupons for free coffee
Cons: can only exit the lot in one direction; awful breakfast sandwiches that are occasionally not heated all the way through
As far as donuts go, I prefer Krispy Kreme. The DD donuts are too bready. However DD is the hands down winner for good coffee that starts your morning off with a bang!

Worst experience ever!!! And, I didn’t even get any food. I was on my way into work this morning and decided to stop and treat my-​self to a little breakfast. Every Item I attempted to order I was told they no longer have that Item available in their store. (Breakfast sandwiches) The drive thru menu was already small to begin with. When I asked what on the menu they did have all he could respond with duh doughnuts. The attitude of the employees there were also very off putting. Needless to say I continued my trek to work without breakfast

Brand-​new location. Definitely an improvement for the neighborhood. Dunkin’ Donuts has wonderful coffee, great donuts, and great personnel. Welcome to the neighborhood!
